Our training approach uses positive reinforcement, which means rewarding your dog for exhibiting desired behaviors (e.g., treats for good manners). 

Positive reinforcement is supported by extensive scientific research and helps build confidence, deepen the bond, and strengthen the trust between you and your dog... benefiting both of you!

In contrast, aversive methods (e.g., shock collars, prong collars, intimidation, and force) create negative emotional associations, including fear and anxiety. These suppressed feelings can lead to sudden behavioral outbursts, increased aggression, and reactivity.

Additionally, aversive punishment-based methods focus on telling the dog what not to do, rather than teaching the right behavior, which makes learning confusing and less effective.
